Our stock range is constantly updated to reflect the latest technology available.

We aim to despatch goods within 5 days of receipt of cleared funds. (UK mainland only).

Ordering products is by telephone only and cannot be done via this website.

Crelax aims to offer customers complete satisfaction with our products.

We would ask you to telephone one of our advisors to ensure that the product meets your requirement, and to check stock availability prior to placing your order.

Placing your order:

1. Advise us of the reference number of each item you require and the quantity.
2. Our staff member will provide you with: -
   • A stock reservation number (subject to availability)
   • The amount of the order including postage (if applicable)

Despatch

1. To ensure your goods are in perfect condition, they are inspected and tested to ensure they are in full working order prior to despatch.
2. Goods are despatched in protective packaging by recorded delivery, a despatch reference number will be available on request.
3. Upon receipt of the goods, should you consider the product to be faulty or differing to your placed order, this must be reported to us within 48 hours.
4. Cost of Postage
   • Goods totalling £150 and over are postage free.
   • Goods totalling below £150 are charged at Post Office rates, based on weight and size of goods with packaging.
   • Our staff member will advise you of this cost.
