This is the new type of personal safety device for handbags, etc. No touch is a card type personal safety alert device, with a built in photo sensor which reacts to light.

When placed in a bag in the on position in total darkness, i.e. a handbag. When the bag is opened the alarm will sound to alert its owner by intermittent beeping.
